The CK6150X1000 CNC Lathe is a high-rigidity flat bed turning machine that swings 500 mm over the bed and machines up to 1000 mm between centers, so it takes the medium-to-large shafts, sleeves, flanges and disc parts that a smaller lathe cannot hold. It swings 290 mm over the slide, carries an 82 mm spindle bore and a 65 mm tailstock sleeve, and travels 300 mm in X and 1000 mm in Z.
The CK6150X1000 CNC Lathe is a high-rigidity flat bed turning machine built for precision shaft, sleeve, flange and disc parts in medium-to-large batch production. It swings 500 mm over the bed and 290 mm over the slide, and with 1000 mm of maximum processing length it holds long shafts and heavy sleeves that a compact lathe has to turn in two setups. The carriage travels 300 mm in X and 1000 mm in Z, and the spindle bore of 82 mm passes bar stock that smaller machines reject. The machine completes external turning, internal boring, facing, grooving and threading in a single clamping, which removes both handling time and datum error from the part.
The CK6150X1000 is built on a high-rigidity, one-piece flat bed casting that keeps the machine stiff under interrupted and continuous cuts alike. That rigidity is what allows the lathe to hold its accuracy over a full shift rather than only on a warm-up test piece, and it is also what keeps chatter out of flange and disc work where the diameter is large relative to the length. The ways are hardened and ground, so the sliding surfaces stay accurate after years of production instead of developing the soft spots that show up as taper in the workpiece. A rigid bed also means deeper cuts at the same spindle load, which shortens the production cycle on the 500 mm class of parts this lathe is sized for.
The machine pairs a high-performance spindle with precision ball screws and hardened guideways on both feed axes, held to a minimum displacement unit of 0.001 mm. The 82 mm spindle bore takes bar stock that a smaller lathe cannot pass, and the 65 mm tailstock sleeve supports long shafts against deflection during heavy roughing. In production that shows up as a tighter dimensional spread on shafts, sleeves, flanges and threaded parts, and as a lower scrap rate across a shift. Because the CK6150X1000 performs external turning, internal boring, facing, grooving and threading without re-clamping, every operation removed from the route is also a datum error removed from the workpiece.
The CK6150X1000 is delivered as standard with a GSK CNC system, a manual 3-jaw chuck, a manual tailstock, a standard tool post, a cooling system, centralized lubrication, work light and a full protective enclosure. A hydraulic 3-jaw or 4-jaw chuck and a hydraulic tailstock can be specified for higher clamping force and shorter cycle times, and a hydraulic or servo turret with 6 or 8 stations keeps tool changes fast and repeatable on parts that need several tools. An automatic chip conveyor clears chips continuously on long runs, a bar feeder lets the lathe keep producing without an operator loading each workpiece, and a spindle oil cooler, pneumatic system, steady rest, follow rest and precision measuring probes are available. Siemens, Fanuc and KND control systems can be fitted on request, so the machine can start as a stand-alone lathe for repair and general machining work and later be grown into a lightly automated cell without being replaced.
The CK6150X1000 is widely used in automotive parts, construction machinery, energy equipment, mould making, general machinery manufacturing, hydraulic equipment, mining equipment and general-purpose component processing. With a 500 mm swing over bed and 1000 mm of maximum processing length it handles shaft components, drive shafts, flanges, sleeves, hydraulic cylinder parts, threaded components and medium-to-large metal rotary parts that a smaller lathe cannot swing in one clamping. It machines carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys and copper alloys across general turning, threading and related flat bed CNC processes. The actual application depends on the workpiece material, size and machining requirements.

The CK6150X1000 gives a 500 mm swing and 1000 mm of machining length with an 82 mm spindle bore, so shafts and sleeves that need two setups on a small lathe are finished in one. It combines a Φ500 mm cutting diameter with X and Z strokes of 300 mm and 1000 mm and a 0.001 mm minimum displacement unit, then adds hydraulic chuck, hydraulic or servo turret, chip conveyor and bar feeder options so it can keep running unattended. The 3030 × 1600 × 2050 mm footprint and 65 mm tailstock sleeve keep it practical for general job shops as well as production lines.
