Product Attributes :

The CK6136 CNC Lathe is a high-rigidity flat-bed turning machine built for precision shaft and disc parts up to 750 mm between centers. It swings 360 mm over the bed and 200 mm over the tool post, with a 52 mm spindle bore. A precision spindle, ball screws and high-precision guideways hold rapid traverse of 6000 mm/min in X and 8000 mm/min in Z.

Product Description

CK6136 CNC Lathe

The CK6136 CNC Lathe is a high-rigidity flat-bed turning machine built for precision shaft and disc parts in small-to-medium batch production. It swings 360 mm over the bed and 200 mm over the tool post, and the 52 mm spindle bore takes bar stock through the chuck. The carriage travels 200 mm in X and 750 mm in Z with rapid traverse of 6000 mm/min and 8000 mm/min, so idle time between cuts stays short even on longer workpieces. The machine completes external turning, internal machining, facing, grooving and threading in a single setup, which removes both handling time and datum error from the part.

Key Features

  • Max. swing over bed Φ360 mm and max. turning diameter on tool post Φ200 mm
  • Max. workpiece length between centers 750 mm
  • Spindle through hole diameter Φ52 mm
  • X axis stroke 200 mm and Z axis stroke 750 mm
  • Rapid traverse speed X 6000 mm/min and Z 8000 mm/min
  • Overall dimensions 2350 × 1380 × 1640 mm
  • High-rigidity one-piece bed casting for stability and vibration resistance
  • Precision spindle, precision ball screws and high-precision guideways
  • GSK CNC system and four-station turret as standard, with manual three-jaw chuck
  • FANUC and Siemens controls, hydraulic chuck, 6/8/12-station turret and automatic bar feeder available as options

Rigid Flat Bed Structure

The CK6136 is built on a high-rigidity, one-piece bed casting that keeps the machine stiff under interrupted and continuous cuts alike. That rigidity is what allows the lathe to hold its accuracy over a full shift rather than only on a warm-up test piece, and it is also what keeps chatter out of longer shaft work where the overhang is greatest. The bed ways are hardened and ground, so the sliding surfaces stay accurate after years of production instead of developing the soft spots that show up as taper in the workpiece.

Precision Spindle and High-Precision Guideways

The machine pairs a high-performance spindle with precision ball screws and high-precision guideways on both feed axes. The result is high positioning accuracy, low-friction motion and a smooth, repeatable cut even at the top of the rapid traverse range. In production that shows up as a tighter dimensional spread on shafts, sleeves, flanges and threaded parts, and as a lower scrap rate across a shift. Because the CK6136 performs external turning, internal machining, facing, grooving and threading without re-clamping, every operation removed from the route is also a datum error removed from the workpiece.

CNC System, Turret and Configuration Options

The CK6136 ships with a GSK CNC system, a four-station turret and a manual three-jaw chuck as standard. FANUC and Siemens controls can be supplied where the operator prefers a familiar platform, and the turret can be specified with 6, 8 or 12 stations to cut tool-change time on multi-operation parts. A hydraulic chuck is available for higher clamping force and shorter cycle times, and an automatic bar feeder can be fitted so the lathe keeps producing without an operator loading each workpiece. An automatic chip removal system is available as an option. That means the same machine can start as a stand-alone lathe and later be grown into a lightly automated cell without being replaced.

Applications and Materials

The CK6136 is used in automotive and motorcycle parts, machinery manufacturing, hardware processing, mould components, instrumentation, hydraulic components and general precision parts production. With 750 mm between centers it handles shaft and sleeve components, flanges, gear shafts, connectors and threaded parts that a shorter lathe cannot reach in one clamping. It machines carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys and copper alloys. The actual application depends on the workpiece material, size and machining requirements.

Why Choose CK6136

The CK6136 sits where a compact lathe runs out of bed length. It combines a 360 mm swing over bed, a 52 mm spindle bore and 750 mm between centers with rapid traverse of 6000/8000 mm/min on X and Z, then adds hydraulic chuck and automatic bar-feed options so it can keep running unattended. The 2350 × 1380 × 1640 mm footprint keeps it inside a normal workshop bay. Overseas after-sales service and CE certified machines are provided.
