The TCK700DY is a high-performance slant-bed turning-milling machining center that integrates a wide range of processing functions, including turning, milling, drilling, and tapping. Equipped with Y-axis, C-axis, and a live tool turret, the machine enables multi-process machining of complex parts in a single clamping setup, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency and machining precision. Its integral 45° slant-bed structure offers exceptional rigidity and stability, making it particularly well-suited for the precision machining of medium-to-large shafts, disc-shaped components, and complex, irregularly shaped parts.
It features a heavy-duty 45° slant-bed design with a high-strength cast iron bed; subjected to aging treatment, the bed offers enhanced stability, effectively dampening vibrations and boosting heavy-cutting capabilities.
Equipped with a ±75mm Y-axis travel range and C-axis linkage functionality, the machine can execute complex operations—such as machining eccentric holes, keyways, side milling, drilling, and tapping—thereby achieving true turn-mill composite machining.
It is fitted with a 12-station BMT live tool turret, characterized by rapid tool-changing speeds and high rigidity, capable of meeting the demands for the continuous machining of a wide variety of complex parts.
