TCK46A High Rigidity Slant Bed Structure
The TCK46 features an integrated 45° slant bed design with finite element optimization, significantly improving the machine tool's overall rigidity and vibration resistance, making it suitable for high-speed, high-precision cutting. Equipped with high-precision ball screws and precision linear guides, it boasts high repeatability and strong long-term operational stability, meeting the needs of batch precision parts processing.
The TCK46A features a hydraulic or servo turret, enabling rapid tool changes and continuous multi-stage machining, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.
The slant bed structure, combined with a high-flow-rate cooling system, allows chips to slide off naturally, ensuring smooth chip removal and reducing the risk of chip entanglement, making it suitable for long-term continuous machining.
